Its high rye content gives it a bold, spicy character, while special yeast strains add depth and subtlety. Medium amber in colour, Bulleit opens with gentle spice and sweet oak on the nose. The palate is smooth and rich, revealing notes of maple, nutmeg, and oak, followed by a long, dry, and satiny finish accented with light toffee.
