Q: Why should I pre-order from Retail Therapy?
When you pre-order, you get more time to decide what to buy and access an even wider range of savings. Plus, once you’re on board, you can sit back, relax, and enjoy the inflight entertainment - knowing your purchases will be delivered straight to your seat.
Follow the step-by-step guide below to pre-order duty free products online with Retail Therapy:
Step 1: Start Shopping
Getting started is easy! Simply choose a Category or Brand from the drop-down menu to browse our duty free range. You can also use the search box if you already know the product or brand you’re after.
Browsing products
- Once you’ve clicked on a category (for example, make up), you’ll see all the products available.
- Click on any product image to view a short description and the price (all prices are shown in £).
- When you’re ready, just hit Add to Bag to save it to your basket.
You’ll earn 5 Virgin Points for every pound you spend when you pre-order online
Delivery options
- If you select the Inflight Delivery option, you’ll be asked to enter your flight details.
- You’ll then confirm the details and choose your flight.
- Remember, you can only pre-order goods up to 2 months before your departure date.
Once you’ve added your items, you can either carry on shopping or head straight to your Shopping Bag to check out.
Shopping Basket
When you add items to your basket, you can update the quantity or remove products anytime. Your basket will always show:
- The subtotal
- Any discounts applied
- Your final total after savings
When you’re ready, click Proceed to Checkout. From there:
- Enter your billing details and payment method.
- Review your order and flight details on the Summary page.
- Accept the Terms & Conditions and confirm your age.
- Click Pay Now to complete your order securely.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once payment is complete - we recommend printing it or saving it on your device to show the crew on board.
Step 2: Receiving your goods
Your order will be delivered to you on board the flight you selected — whether that’s your outbound or return journey. Just keep your order number or receipt handy as proof of purchase.
