How to shop - home delivery
When using the home delivery service from Retail Therapy, you can enjoy a stress-free shopping experience with purchases delivered straight to your door, even if you do not fly.*
*Home Delivery is only available within the United Kingdom. No flight requirement.
Read through the step-by-step instructions below to understand how to order using home delivery with Retail Therapy:
Start shopping
To start shopping for amazing duty free products simply click on the Category or Brand drop down menu and off you go. To find the product you can also enter the keyword or the name of the product in the search box.
You’ll earn 5 Virgin Points for every pound you spend when you order online for our home delivery service.
Shopping for goods
Once you have clicked on a category or brand, a choice of items will come up. Once you have chosen your option (for eg Makeup) you will see all products available. When you click onto a product`s image you will be able to:
See the short description.
See the price.
You will be able to purchase this item by clicking onto the ADD TO BAG button.
Delivery Method – Please select home delivery.
You may change the quantity of product to order.
Please note that tobacco and alcohol are not available for home delivery. Items which are not available for home delivery will not have the home delivery option available.
Shopping Basket
Once you have added items to your shopping basket you can change the quantity of items by changing the quantity number. Press the symbol to delete all products from your shopping basket.
Your shopping basket will show you:
The sub total price.
Any relevant promotional discounts.
The total price after savings.
Once you have finished adding all your items to the shopping bag press the proceed to checkout button. This will take you to the checkout.
Enter the Billing Details Click Next and this will take you to the Shipping details. You can enter a different address or use the Billing address. Click Next and you will be asked to choose your postage option. Please note we can only offer home delivery within the UK and the cost is £6.00 for standard delivery.
Click next and it will take you through to the payment section. Click on the credit card option and click on Next. This is the summary and your last chance to change any details so please check everything is correct. You need to agree to our T’s & C’s and confirm you are old enough to make the transaction.
Enter in your card details Wait for card verification. A confirmation will then be sent to your email address.
Receiving your goods
Please make sure your keep your order number/receipt for proof of purchase.
